AD Koncept gives the Honda CB1000R a sharply graphic makeover, replacing the usual understated naked-bike look with a white, black and gold presentation built around the Playboy name. The result remains recognisably a CB1000R, but its proportions are pulled toward a compact streetfighter with a raised tail, exposed mechanicals and a much more deliberate show-bike finish.
A strong contrast between bodywork and chassis
The dominant white paint extends across the tank, front fender, tail section, wheels and lower fairing. Against it, the black engine, frame areas and radiator create a darker centre to the motorcycle, while narrow gold details add just enough warmth without interrupting the monochrome base. The treatment makes the engine and fork stand out rather than hiding them beneath a full body kit.
White wheels are particularly effective here. They visually enlarge the circular forms and connect the otherwise separate body panels, while the black tyres and brake hardware provide the contrast needed to keep the design from appearing flat. The front wheel also leaves the large brake assembly clearly visible, preserving some of the CB1000R’s mechanical character beneath the custom graphics.
Compact tail, purposeful front end
The rear of the bike has the biggest effect on its stance. A short, sharply lifted tail gives the seat unit a lightweight appearance and exposes more of the rear wheel, creating the familiar aggressive streetfighter angle. Gold-coloured suspension hardware is visible beneath the tail, adding another small accent to an area otherwise finished in white and black.
At the front, the headlight area is enclosed by a compact white cowl rather than left completely open. Its pointed surfaces give the motorcycle a more focused face, while the black and white graphics continue the angular theme across the tank and side panels. The lower fairing adds visual weight beneath the engine and helps tie the front and rear sections together.
Branding as part of the design
The Playboy lettering is placed prominently on the black side section, with additional logos and sponsor-style markings distributed across the fairing, fender and tail. That makes the branding part of the motorcycle’s structure rather than a single decal added at the end. The lettering also breaks up the large dark panel beside the engine, giving that area a clear visual focal point.
From the available images, this is best understood as a finished AD Koncept custom presentation rather than a specification-led build report. No detailed parts list or performance information accompanies the motorcycle, so its appeal is primarily in the coordinated paintwork, altered visual proportions and confident use of contrast.
